Printed manuals and related instructional materials shipped to your address.
3. Access and Use
To request any of our offerings, visit seniorinsure.top and submit your details via Contact Us. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our materials and sessions solely for personal purposes.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are disclosed before engagement. Payments are collected via secure channels. All fees paid are nontransferable, except as expressly described in this refund policy.
5. Refund Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. Depending on the category of offering, different reimbursement rules apply:
5.1 Advisory Services
If advisory sessions do not meet your reasonable expectations, you may request reimbursement within 14 days of the scheduled session date. Submit your request through Contact Us. Approved reimbursements are processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. You may instead choose to reschedule your session at no additional expense.
5.2 Information Products
For digital guides and reports, you may request reimbursement within 7 days of download, provided the materials remain unused. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible. Approved cases are reimbursed within 10 business days.
5.3 Physical Goods
You may ship back physical materials within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original condition. To initiate this process, contact us at Contact Us for shipping instructions. Once items pass inspection, reimbursement is issued within 10 business days via the original payment channel. Outbound shipping expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
5.4 Non-Reimbursable Offerings
Certain promotional sessions and limited-time offerings are final sale due to specially allocated resources and cannot be reimbursed. This policy ensures equitable access to discounted offerings.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting revisions on seniorinsure.top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich.
